President Goodluck Jonathan has rebuked the
permanent secretary in the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, Danjuma Sheni, for allegedly prompting
the recall of Nigeria’s envoys to South Africa
without due authorisation, triggering a diplomatic
spat between the two countries.
