Former president, General Ibrahim Babangida, has expressed concern over the growing spate of fuel scarcity in the country, while debunking assertions that the out-going government was behind it. He told journalists, on Monday, in Minna, that people show some understanding and support the measures taken by the government to put an end to thecrisis, stressing that government was doing all it could to help the situation.
