Ministerial screening: Senators will be thorough – Kwankwaso

The Senator representing Kano Central, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has promised that the screening of ministerial nominee by President Buhari will be thorough.
Mr. Kwankwaso, a former governor of Kano State, said this on Monday in Yola, the Adamawa State capital.
He said the individuals on the list presented by Mr. Buhari had proven to be people of integrity.
“In the list are people who have served the country at one stage or the other,” he said.
“We are going to look at every nominee with the stated rules and regulations. Of course there will always be protest about this person or that person, we will look at every petition at it’s merit,” he said.
